目的探索团体心理辅导活动在高职大学生心理健康教育中的运用效果,为地方高职院校创造性地开展大学生心理健康教育活动提供经验。方法运用团体动力学的理论,针对大学生在人际交往中的问题,设计了大学生人际交往能力训练活动的方式方法和实施程序,并进行了具体的实践。结果在适宜的团体中,大学生能开放自己,接纳别人,形成新的人际交往理念和交往行为。结论团体心理辅导在提升大学生心理健康水平,提高大学生适应能力方面具有重要的意义和作用。
Objective To explore the effect of group psychological counseling in mental health education of higher vocational college students and to provide experience for local higher vocational college to creatively carry out mental health education activities for undergraduates. Methods Based on the theory of group dynamics, aiming at the problem of undergraduates ’interpersonal communication, this paper designs the ways, methods and implementation procedures of college students’ interpersonal skills training activities and carries out concrete practice. Results in the appropriate groups, college students can open themselves up to accept others, the formation of new ideas and interpersonal behavior. Conclusion Group counseling plays an important role in improving the mental health of college students and improving the adaptability of college students.
