在经过市场经济的改革和企业制度的转型,近年来我国中小企业在经济增长上取得了极大的发展。但是在企业从粗放型向精细型变革的过程中,一些中小企业在人力资源的管理上还相对滞后,这对于中小企业的转型和发展极为不利。为此,中小企业必须正确认识到自身在人力资源的规划和管理上存在的问题和不足,并针对这些问题和不足,积极地找寻应对之道,不断促进企业经济效益和社会效益的发展。
After the reform of the market economy and the transformation of the enterprise system, in recent years our country’s small and medium-sized enterprises have achieved tremendous growth in economic growth. However, in the course of enterprises’ transformation from extensive moderation to intensive moderation, some SMEs still lag behind in the management of their human resources, which is extremely unfavorable to the transformation and development of SMEs. To this end, SMEs must correctly recognize their own problems and deficiencies in the planning and management of human resources, and actively seek ways to deal with these problems and shortcomings, and constantly promote the development of economic and social benefits of enterprises.
