目的探讨有效、方便、快捷的内窥镜消毒方法。方法对临床污染的80副内窥镜分别采用戊二醛浸泡10分钟或酸化水浸泡3分钟,对内窥镜表面和镜腔进行消毒效果检测对照。结果两种消毒方法对内窥镜表面和镜腔的消毒效果无差异,两组内窥镜表面平均菌落数无差异(t=1·73,P>0·05)。结论酸化水消毒时间短、消毒后的内窥镜不用清水冲洗、酸化水对人体和物品无损害、成本低,可推广应用于各种内窥镜的清洁消毒。
Objective To explore an effective, convenient and quick endoscope disinfection method. Methods 80 endoscopes contaminated by clinical were treated with glutaraldehyde for 10 minutes or immersed in acidified water for 3 minutes, respectively, to disinfect the endoscope surface and mirror cavity. Results There was no difference in the disinfection effect between the two methods on the surface of the endoscope and the cavity of the mirror. There was no difference in the average number of colonies on the endoscope between the two groups (t = 1.73, P> 0.05). Conclusion Acidification water disinfection time is short, disinfection of the endoscope without water rinse, acidification water on the human body and objects without damage, low cost, can be widely used in various endoscopic cleaning and disinfection.
