液压压下是一项新技术,最近几年在国外得到广泛的应用。由于液压压下技术比较复杂,而压下机构在轧机上又是关键设备,必须做到安全可靠,因此在使用前都需经过反复试验。遵照毛主席“中国人民有志气,有能力,一定要在不远的将来,赶上和超过世界先进水平”的教导,我厂从1966年开始对轧机上采用液压压下机构的技术进行研究,确定了液压压下的方案:即采用电液伺服阀和感应同步器作为基本控制元件。在兄弟单位的协助下,我们参加了上钢十厂三连轧液压压下的试验,对电液伺服阀——感应同步器系统进行了各种试验,取得一些数据,为大型轧机采用液压压下打下了基础。因此,在新设计的1450毫米可逆冷轧机上采用了液压压下机构。
