一季度,全社会用电量同比增长3.2%,增速同比提高2.4个百分点、比上年四季度提高3.7个百分点,用电形势有所好转。第三产业和城乡居民生活用电量快速增长,分别拉动全社会用电量增长1.5和1.6个百分点,所占全社会用电比重同比分别提高1.0和1.1个百分点;第二产业同比增长0.2%,其中四大高耗能行业用电量同比下降5.8%、比重降低2.7个百分点,合计下拉全社会用电量增速1.8个百分点,仍是第二产业及其工业用电量低速增长的最主要原因,反映出国家结构调整和转型升级效果继续
