软炸金针原料:金针菇100克,小葱2根,精盐、白胡椒粉、白芝麻、淀粉、生抽、白糖、香油、鸡蛋清、植物油适量。制作过程:⒈将金针菇去根,洗净。小葱去根,洗净,切碎。⒉将鸡蛋清倒入碗中,加入适量精盐、白胡椒粉、白芝麻、淀粉搅匀,制成蛋糊。⒊将葱花放入碗中,加入适量生抽、白糖、香油调匀,制成料汁。4.锅中放油,烧至七成热,将金针菇裹上蛋糊,炸至金黄色,捞出,沥油,蘸取料汁食用即可。
