位于东江之畔的广东省惠阳机械厂在1984年已走入绝境。为了使企业起死回生、闯出新路,该厂的统计人员进行了大量的调查。通过调查分析他们发现,全国3000多家制药厂大多设备陈旧,急需更新,而这些设备多数却依靠进口。他们认为,开发制药机械产品不仅可以为本厂打开生存发展之路,而且能促进我国制药工业的发展,为国家节省外汇。企业领导看到他们的调查报告之后,立即决定从生产通用机械设备转向生产制药机械产品。该厂通过仿制引进的半自动胶囊充填机,制造出了自己的半自动胶囊充填机。该机从1985年投产以来,共生产332台,已售出320台,仅此一项就为企业创收 1140万元,为国家节约外汇512万美元之多。转产制药机械产品后,惠阳机械厂注重听取客户意见,进一步了解市场行情,不断改进工艺技术,开发新品种。到目前为止,已经能生产4个系列的门种制药机械设备,填补了国内空白。 Located on the bank of the Dongjiang River, Huiyang Machinery Factory of Guangdong Province has entered an impasse in 1984. The factory manufactured its own semi-automatic capsule filling machine by copying the imported semi-automatic capsule filling machine. Since the machine was put into production in 1985, a total of 332 units have been sold and 320 units have been sold. This alone generates income of 11.4 million yuan for the company, saving the country as much as USD 5.12 million. After converting the pharmaceutical machinery products, Huiyang Machinery Factory paid attention to listening to the opinions of customers, further understand the market conditions, and constantly improve the process technology and develop new varieties. So far, it has been able to produce four series of pharmaceutical machinery and equipment, which has filled the domestic gap.
