针对常规方法诊断化工机械设备故障时,故障诊断准确率较低的问题,本文设计了基于大数据的化工机械设备故障诊断方法。投入海量故障样本,给定化工机械设备的大数据样本集,利用自动编码器,转换高维大数据至低维空间,学习故障特征,提取特征的关系元、事元、物元、动态物元,输入神经网络迭代训练,识别设备故障原因和诊断模式。设置对比实验,结果表明,设计方法故障诊断准确率明显低于常规方法,故障诊断结果更加可靠。
