The traditional library management model has become unsuitable for the development of the times. Therefore, based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the traditional library management model, this paper analyzes the necessity of innovative management in the digital age, and puts forward the innovation strategies from the aspects of management mode, mechanism and service.
