[目的]建立同时测定蔬菜水果中克百威、3-羟基克百威、甲萘威3种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留的气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)法。[方法]样品经乙腈提取后,氨基柱净化,采用多反应监测(MRM)模式进行测定。[结果]3种氨基甲酸酯农药在0.005~0.25 mg/kg范围内线性关系良好(R2>0.999)。空白基质样品在0.02~0.1 mg/kg添加范围内,加标回收率为74.3%~84.3%,相对标准偏差为3.7%~15.0%,方法的检出限为0.002~0.004 mg/kg。[结论]该方法操作简单、灵敏、准确,完全可满足蔬菜水果中3种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的测定及确认要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS / MS) method for the simultaneous determination of carbamates, 3-hydroxypropyl carbofuran and carbaryl in vegetable and fruit. [Method] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and purified with amino column. The samples were determined by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM). [Result] The three kinds of carbamate pesticides had a good linear relationship (R2> 0.999) in the range of 0.005-0.25 mg / kg. The blank matrix samples were in the range of 0.02 ~ 0.1 mg / kg. The recoveries were 74.3% ~ 84.3% with relative standard deviations of 3.7% ~ 15.0%. The detection limits were 0.002 ~ 0.004 mg / kg. [Conclusion] The method was simple, sensitive and accurate and could meet the requirements of determination and confirmation of three carbamate pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits.
