宣威是我国肺癌死亡率最高的地区之一,其中高发公社肺癌死亡率达151/10万,其重要特点是女性肺癌死亡率相对地增高。根据流行病学的初步调查和室内空气污染物的化学测定、认为宣城居民肺癌死亡率高的原因,可能与家庭燃煤和落后的燃烧条件造成的室内污染有关,肺癌发病地区分布显示;高发区以烧煤为主,低发区烧柴为主,本文报告了高发区烧煤烟尘和低发区烧柴烟尘提取物的致突变性,探讨两者之间的差别,为宣威病因研究提供最初步的数据。
Sherwin is one of the areas with the highest death rate of lung cancer in our country, of which the death rate of lung cancer in WFP is 151/10 million. The important feature of this is that the mortality rate of lung cancer in women is relatively high. According to the preliminary epidemiological investigation and chemical determination of indoor air pollutants, it is considered that the causes of high lung cancer mortality in Xuancheng residents may be related to the indoor pollution caused by the household coal burning and the backward burning conditions, and the distribution of the incidence of lung cancer is shown. The area is dominated by coal and the main area is low-temperature area. The paper reports the mutagenicity of coal-burning dust and high-density wood-burning soot extract in high incidence area, and discusses the difference between the two.
