涂镀是在工件表面局部快速电化沉积金属的新技术。涂镀时,把直流电源的负极接到工件上,正极与涂镀笔相连接。用棉花和40%棉、60%涤混织的套子包裹涂镀笔上的阳极,蘸上快速沉积的金属有机铬合物水溶液,与工件接触并作相对运动。溶液中的金属离子在电场作用下沉积在工件表面上。随着通过电量的增加,沉积层逐渐增厚,直至所要求的厚度,见图1。涂镀技术主要用于保护和维修金属零件,以提高零件的使用寿命和可靠性,提高设备的利用率,减少配件的生产和储运。在增产节约,修旧利废,节约能源和使生产工序合理化方
Coating is a new technology for rapid and localized electro-deposition of metal on the surface of workpieces.
