应用放射免疫法测定了５８例单疱病毒性角膜炎患者泪液中乳铁蛋白含量，其中活动期上皮型９例，基质型２７例，非活动期２２例。结果表明：活动期泪液乳铁蛋白含量下降，与对照组及非活动期比较，差异显著；活动期上皮型与基质型泪液乳铁蛋白含量无明显差异。讨论了单疱病毒角膜炎复发机理以及乳铁蛋白与其复发的关系。
Radioimmunoassay was used to determine the content of lactoferrin in 58 cases of herpes simplex keratitis patients, including 9 cases of active epithelial type, 27 cases of matrix type and 22 cases of inactive period. The results showed that: lactoferrin content in tear decreased during active phase, compared with the control group and inactive period, the difference was significant; there was no significant difference in active lactoferrin content between epithelial and matrix tear. The mechanism of herpes simplex virus keratitis relapse and the relationship between lactoferrin and its recurrence were discussed.
