为研究充填料浆流变性能,利用流体力学原理,通过L型管道自流输送实验对其在管道中流动的力学特性进行了分析.结果表明:料浆浓度、流量和管径对料浆管输阻力和充填倍线大小的作用程度不同,其中料浆浓度影响尤为显著.在能够实现自流输送的充填倍线合理条件下,采场充填时,当结合充填能力确定流量和管径后,可通过充填站调节制浆浓度以使充填材料在管道输送、采场中沉降、抗离析、脱排水、固结硬化和力学性能等方面表现良好.
