河南是中华文明的主要发祥地之一,文化特色鲜明,资源丰富,发展文化产业有明显的优势。近日,我省制定了《河南省建设文化强省2005~2020年规划纲要》和《中共河南省委、河南省人民政府关于大力发展文化产业的意见》。这些文件将对我省文化产业的发展起到重要的指导作用。如何正确估量中原文化的价值以及我省文化产业的特点,实现文化产业与其他产业的有机结合,增强竞争力和可持续发展能力,把我省文化资源优势转变为产业优势,促进我省文化产业的发展,建设文化强省,需要我们认真探讨研究。为此,本刊特组织刊发一组文章,对建设文化强省问题进行探讨。
Henan is one of the major cradles of Chinese civilization. With its distinctive cultural features, rich resources and the development of cultural industries, Henan has obvious advantages. Recently, the province formulated the Outline for the Plan for Constructing a Strong Province for Cultural Construction in 2005-2020 and the Opinions of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee and Henan Provincial People’s Government on Vigorously Developing Cultural Industries.
