目的以标准12导联心电图为金标准,评价EASI 12-导联心电监测系统对QT间期及QTd监测的有效性。方法同时记录EASI 12-导联心电图和标准12导联心电图,测量并比较两种心电图各导联的QT间期并计算QTd。结果共采集了216例冠状动脉综合征患者的EASI 12-导联心电图和标准12导联心电图,两种心电图各导联的QT间期具有很好的的相关性(r=0.630~0.843,p<0.05);各导联QT间期配对t检验差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05)。EASI 12-导联心电图和标准12导联心电图的QTd配对t检验差异均无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论 EASI 12-导联与标准12导联心电图在QT间期及QTd测量上具有一致性,为临床QT及QTd的持续监测提供了依据。
Objective To evaluate the validity of EASI 12-lead ECG monitoring system for QT interval and QTd using the standard 12-lead ECG as the gold standard. Methods EASI 12-lead electrocardiogram and standard 12-lead electrocardiogram were recorded at the same time. QTd was calculated and compared between the two lead ECG leads. Results EASI 12-lead electrocardiogram and standard 12-lead electrocardiogram were collected in 216 patients with coronary syndrome. The QT interval of each lead of the two electrocardiograms showed a good correlation (r = 0.630-0.843, p <0.05). There was no significant difference in paired t-test between QT intervals (p> 0.05). There were no significant differences in QTd paired t-test between EASI 12-lead electrocardiogram and standard 12-lead electrocardiogram (p> 0.05). Conclusion EQI 12-lead and standard 12-lead electrocardiogram have consistency in QT interval and QTd measurement, which provides a basis for clinical QT and QTd continuous monitoring.
