对河北太行山干旱片麻岩山地整地前后土壤特性进行了研究。结果表明:太行山片麻岩山地土层浅薄,而表层以下的半风化层其容重过大,孔隙度太小,植物根系无法下扎,土壤的持水能力极差是该地区草本可以生长很好,而乔木却无法存活的原因所在。整地使其土壤结构大为改善,容重由原来的1.86g/cm3减小到现在1.37g/cm3,孔隙度由原来的29.89%增大到现在的48.47%,土壤持水能力得到了成倍的增加;养分含量也有了一定的提高,为植物生长创造了一个适宜的土壤环境。
