随着科学技术和经济事业的发展,人们对苹果品质的要求日趋严格.但实际上,当前苹果生产能够提供的果实,离人们对品质的要求尚有较大的差距。为此,提高苹果果品质量的问题,就成为果树栽培者面临的一个岌待解决的重要课题。建国以来,广大科技人员和果农群众,通过长期的生产实践和科学研究,已经积累了丰富的经验,也取得了一批秘研成果。将这些经验和科研成果,积极在生产中推广应用,无疑对果品质量的提高具有现实意义。为此,我刊围绕苹果品质提高的问题,以专题讲座的形式,编发了这组稿件,以期对苹果生产有所促进。
With the development of science, technology and economy, people’s requirements for apple quality have become more and more strict, but in fact, the current apple production can provide the fruit, and there is still a big gap from people’s demand for quality. Therefore, improving the quality of apple fruit has become an important issue to be solved for the fruit growers. Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, a large number of scientific and technological personnel and the masses of fruit farmers have accumulated rich experience and long-term production practices and scientific research and have also made a number of achievements in their research. The experience and scientific research, and actively promote the application of production, no doubt the improvement of fruit quality of practical significance. To this end, I published around the issue of improving the quality of the apple, in the form of special lectures, compiled the set of manuscripts, with a view to promote Apple’s production.
