随着现场总线技术的迅猛发展,传统的测量仪表受到严重挑战,取而代之的将是具有开放性的现场总线仪表,CAN总线以其精确、可靠性、方便性和可维护性在工业控制领域得到了广泛的应用。文章就是根据这个需求设计一种基于CAN总线的真空智能仪表,该真空仪表采用电容式薄膜规管作为测量传感器,硬件部分采用功能强大的C8051F040单片机为核心,并且具有CAN总线接口,组网方便,上位机可以实时监测各仪表的状态。
With the rapid development of fieldbus technology, the traditional measuring instruments are seriously challenged. Instead, they will be open fieldbus meters. The CAN bus has been used in industrial control field for its accuracy, reliability, convenience and maintainability Wide range of applications. The article is based on this demand to design a vacuum instrument based on CAN bus, the vacuum gauge using capacitive film as a measurement sensor, the hardware part of the powerful C8051F040 microcontroller as the core, and has a CAN bus interface, convenient networking, PC can monitor the status of each instrument in real time.
