随着交通运输部门职能和机构不断的深化改革,其行政执法人员培训工作受到了越来越广泛的重视和关注。培训效果评估作为人员培训的重要组成环节,直接影响着培训目标的实现。就目前我国公共部门的培训效果评估工作而言,相比较于私人部门仍存在一定的差距,无法达到培训要求的效果评估标准笔者从当前公共部门效果评估存在的主要问题入手,就其效果评估提高措施,发表几点看法,以供相关人员参考。
With the continual deepening reform of the functions and agencies of the transportation sector, the training of administrative law enforcement personnel has received more and more attention and attention.
