应用MSC.Marc有限元软件对不同压下量和不同坯壳厚度时的轻压下过程应力应变进行了模拟研究。研究结果说明轻压下在坯壳厚度较厚、压下量较小时铸坯所承受的应力与产生的应变较小,结合不同拉速条件下的铸坯进行了凝固模拟研究结果,分析不同压下工艺条件下铸坯的变形规律,得到了合理的压下位置与压下量。研究结果为优化轻压下工艺提供了参考,还可以优化铸坯压下的变形分布,提高铸坯的内部质量。
The finite element software MSC.Marc was used to simulate the stress and strain during the light-pressure process under different reduction and shell thickness. The results show that under low pressure, the thickness and the reduction of the slab thickness are small, the stress and the strain generated by the slab are small. The results of the solidification simulation of slab under different casting speeds are analyzed. Under the conditions of the deformation process of slab, get a reasonable location and reduction of pressure. The results provide a reference for optimizing the soft reduction process, as well as optimizing the deformation distribution of the slab and improving the internal quality of the slab.
