出口商为了扩大出口,除了采取独家经销而外,还可以在国外找个独家代理人。这些代理人,可以出口商名义,与他国内的买家签定货物买卖合同。或者使这些代理人,与他们国内买家联系,由他们寻找买家,将合同转给出口商。这种代理方法的最大优点,就在于代理人是当地国家人民,在语言、文化与风俗习惯上减少距离,降低心理抗拒,有利于使商品适应国外市场,从而扩大出口。这些代理或独家代理要具备的条件是:
