近来国外研究表明:适时合理的饮食,才能对脑活动有难以想象的益处。大脑对不同食物有不同反应,饮食可能改变着你的情绪、精神、记忆和注意力。把科学家们的一些研究发现应用到生活中,可能使人们的思维更敏捷,头脑更聪明。早餐:大部分人吃面食和粥,更糟的是加糖。淀粉和糖增加了脑中具有的镇静作用的神经递质—5羟色胺,但是达不到人体的能量高峰。熏肉和鸡蛋含高脂肪和高胆固醇。消化时间长,因此跟脑争供血,降低脑的功能。

The brain responds differently to different foods and the diet may change your mood, energy, memory, and attention. Applying some of the scientists’ findings to life may make people think smarter and smarter. Breakfast: Most people eat pasta and porridge, worse, add sugar. Starch and sugar increase the sedative neurotransmitter serotonin in the brain, but fail to reach the body’s energy peak. Bacon and eggs contain high fat and high cholesterol.
