活塞环能在现代发动机上良好地工作是一种“奇迹”,但这种奇迹只有在两个摩擦面之间有一层分隔油膜时才能实现。当接触压力越来越高并高于局部瞬时润滑条件所能承受的压力时就会发生拉伤现象。本文讨论了活塞环润滑的独特情况以及改善活塞环润滑的各种方法。炽热的燃气泄漏会破坏润滑油膜,为此,本文讨论了活塞环的密封机理,并分析了拉伤的过程。为了使在苛刻条件下运动的活塞环工况稳定,就必须让它们具有某一稳定的磨损率,过低的磨损率会导致活塞环拉伤。
It is a “miracle” that piston rings work well on modern engines, but this miracle can only happen when there is a layer of separating oil film between the two friction surfaces. When the contact pressure is higher and higher than the partial instantaneous lubrication conditions can withstand the pressure when the phenomenon of tension occurs. This article discusses the unique aspects of piston ring lubrication and various ways to improve piston ring lubrication. Glowing gas leaks will damage the lubricant film. To this end, this paper discusses the sealing mechanism of the piston ring, and analyzes the process of strain. In order to stabilize the piston rings moving under harsh conditions, they must have a certain stable rate of wear, too low a rate of wear can lead to piston ring strain.
