课程组织托班综合教育课程的组织包括单元系列和活动系列两个层次。课程的组织是使课程目标和课程内容落实到儿童身上促进其发展的关键。课程的组织体现了把预期的目标和内容转化成为教师可操作的日常教育教学活动的过程。从理论上说,其中包含教育观念向教育实践转化的技术。课程的组织第一步是根据综合教育的基本观点把课程的目标和内容经过分解和综合,按主题的形式组成一系列单元,每个主题包含主题要求、完成时间、活动安排、家园联系、教育活动准备、教育活动建议、游戏活动建议、婴儿发展评估、教材等几部分。
