球形测头在测量链中是作为杠杆短臂的。当球形测头磨损后重新粘接时,如果钢球粘接(或锡焊)后,长于原始尺寸,就会出现示值负差;短了,就会出现示值正差。为了粘接后能准确达到原始尺寸,我们制作了一个粘接球形测头的专用千分尺。该尺是由0~25千分尺去掉测砧,在测砧处改装夹头而成(图1)。该尺既可用于粘接测头钢球时控制长度,又可用比较法检定测头的长度尺寸。由于现有各种杠杆表测头长度的不同,可制成图2、3,4所示的三个夹头。粘接16毫米以上的测头时,使用图2夹头;粘接16毫米以下的测头时,使用图3夹头;粘接杠杆千分表测头时,使用图4夹头。
The spherical probe is used as the short arm of the lever in the measuring chain. When the spherical probe wear and then re-bonding, if the ball bonding (or soldering), longer than the original size, there will be negative indication; short, there will be positive indication. In order to accurately reach the original size after gluing, we made a special micrometer for bonding the spherical probe. The ruler is removed from 0 ~ 25 micrometer anvil, modified chuck in the anvil (Figure 1). The foot can be used to bond the probe ball control length, but also can be used to test the length of the probe size. Due to the different length of the various types of lever gauge probes, three clamps as shown in FIGS. 2, 3 and 4 can be made. When bonding more than 16 mm probe, the use of Figure 2 chuck; bonding 16 mm probe below, the use of Figure 3 chuck; adhesive lever micrometer probe, use Figure 4 chuck.
