燕子山矿是同煤集团麾下骨干型矿井之一,全矿不断丰富发展员工良好心态的培育途径和工作方法,在开展快乐工作法中建成了同煤集团首家员工心理咨询服务站,构建了快乐工作“876”(燕子山矿八大模式、基层单位七种方法、班组工作六种方式)体系,建成了综合服务大厅,实现了“一站式”服务,又在同煤集团首家引入员工心理援助计划(简称“EAP”),创新开展了“五步、六法、一助一”心理援助工程,把培育员工良好心态放在了夯实企业根基
