用缺Se缺I的克山病病区粮为基础,分别添加Se或/和I的饲料喂养4组大鼠。测定了心肌组织Se和T3水平,α-GPD、IDI、GPx活力以及血浆T4、T3水平。结果发现,缺I使大鼠血浆T4显著下降,而缺Se又使适I大鼠血浆T4水平增高。所有4组血浆T3水平波动幅度不大。心肌未能测出IDI活性,心肌Se含量因饲料加Se而增高,但没有影响心肌T3水平。心肌α-GPD活性缺I组明显低于加I组,并与血浆T4水平高度正相关,而与心肌GPx活性关系不明显。研究提示,克山病病区粮引起的大鼠心肌低能量代谢特点与缺I或缺I引起的TH代谢异常有明显关系。
Using the food lacking Se-deficient Keshan disease, four groups of rats were fed with Se or / and I respectively. Myocardial tissue Se and T3 levels, α-GPD, IDI, GPx activity and plasma T4, T3 levels were measured. The results showed that the lack of I significantly decreased plasma T4 in rats, and lack of Se in turn suitable I rat plasma T4 levels increased. All four plasma T3 levels fluctuate less. IDI activity was not detected in myocardium, while Se content in myocardium was increased due to diet plus Se, but did not affect myocardial T3. Myocardial α-GPD activity was significantly lower in I-deficient group than in I group, and was positively correlated with plasma T4 level, but not with myocardial GPx activity. Studies suggest that Keshan disease ward-induced myocardial metabolic characteristics of low-energy myocardial ischemia and lack of I-induced TH metabolic abnormalities have a clear relationship.
