公路建设属于周期长、系统性较强的工程,在建设过程中涉及到了人力、物力财力等诸多方面的内容。鉴于我国工程建设行业的不断发展壮大,施工企业的数量在短时间内也得到了一定程度上的提升,使得市场竞争程度日趋激烈。在这样的条件下,施工企业要想取得进步和发展就应当对全面预算管理问题进行深入研究,以此来强化自身的盈利能力。本文就将主要以全面预算管理在公路施工企业中的运用为切入点,对其进行简要的分析和介绍。
Highway construction belongs to a long period of systematic engineering, in the construction process involves a lot of manpower, material and financial resources and so on. In view of the constant development and expansion of China’s construction industry, the number of construction enterprises has also been raised to a certain extent in a short period of time, making the market competition increasingly fierce. Under such conditions, if construction enterprises want to make progress and development, they should conduct an in-depth study on the issue of overall budget management in order to strengthen their own profitability. This article will mainly take the full budget management in the highway construction enterprise’s application as the starting point, carries on the brief analysis and the introduction.
