根据熔融生铁冷却时有石墨生成,即溶于生铁中的炭部分地以石墨形式析出的原理,我们对太钢废渣进行了回收石墨的试验研究工作。试祥性质太钢废渣约计700多万米~3。其中的石墨有二种存在形式。一种是炉渣风化后石墨形成的窝子矿;另一种是已脱落的石墨经风力搬运在背风处形成的富集堆。试样就取自于这些矿及堆中。试样曾进行X射线分析。结果证明,试样系由石墨与废渣组成。石墨为鳞片状,银灰色,金属光泽,染指。鳞片大小不一。呈单体或与废渣共生,有些则附着于废渣块表面上。废渣主要为铁渣,灰黑色,不具光泽,多为粒状及圆球
According to the principle that when the molten pig iron cools, graphite is produced, that is, the carbon dissolved in the pig iron is partially precipitated in the form of graphite, we conducted the experimental research on the recovery of graphite from TISCO slag. Tiangang test nature of the slag about 700 million meters ~ 3. There are two kinds of graphite in its existence. One is a wick mine formed by the graphite after the slag weathered; the other is the enriched pile formed by the leeward force by the graphite that has fallen off.
