综合评判方法是系统评价中重要的数据处理方法.为了克服传统综合评判方法中的数据信息用“点”数值的不足,考虑整个评价过程中的数据信息用“区间数”表示的合理性,构建基于区间估计的综合评判方法.指标评价区间估计的集值统计处理,指标权重区间估计的区间判断矩阵处理,综合评判区间可能度分析.通过案例分析表明,综合评判方法具有较强的可行性和操作性,特别适用于综合评判中的数据信息不确定情形.
