我们为培育新的抗病丰产品种,通过1976—1979年品种(系)抗稻瘟病鉴定,筛选出一批抗瘟性强的品种(系),粳稻品种中有Pi1、取手1、BL3、峰光、南65等。为了把这些国内外抗瘟品种的抗性导入原有的抗瘟性较弱的丰产品种,在抗病品种与丰产品种间进行杂交,并选用我国粳稻区的稻瘟病菌系对亲本及杂种后代进行鉴定,以分析控制抗性的遗传状况,为进一步利用抗源与选育新品种提供资料。
In order to cultivate a new variety with high resistance to disease, we screened out a number of varieties with high blast resistance (lines) through the identification of blast varieties from 1976 to 1979. Among the japonica varieties, Pi1, Peak light, South 65 and so on. In order to introduce the resistance of these domestic and foreign anti-blast varieties into the existing high-yielding varieties with weaker blast resistance, the cross between resistant varieties and high-yielding cultivars was conducted, and the blast fungus strains of japonica rice in China were selected for their parents and Hybrid offspring were identified to analyze the genetic control of resistance status and provide information for further utilization of new sources of resistance and breeding.
