摘 要:該研究目标为火灾作用下高层建筑关键构件和节点的损伤机制与防护。研究内容主要包括:(1)火灾作用下玻璃幕墙的破裂机制及其防护技术;(2)火灾环境下高层建筑结构关键构件和节点的损伤机制;(3)高层建筑结构综合抗火能力评价方法。在本年度取得多项成果,具体如下:(1)火灾作用下玻璃幕墙的破裂机制及其防护技术研究;(2)高强混凝土构件抗火设计原理研究;(3)钢-混凝土组合结构构件和节点抗火设计原理研究;(4)火灾下高层建筑结构连续倒塌机理研究;(5)高层建筑结构综合抗火能力评价方法研究。

National Basic Research Program of China (973 Program): Damage Mechanism and Protection of Key Elements and Joints of Tall Building Under Fire. Periodic Report.

Abstract:This periodic report introduces the implementation status of this program. The responsible unit of this program is Tsinghua University, and the participating units include University of Science and Technology of China, Tongji University and Anhui University of Architecture. The aim of this program is to study the damage mechanism of key structural components and joints of high-rise buildings subjected to fire and the corresponding protection methods. The main researches include: (1)Failure mechanism and protection technique of glass wall subjected to fire; (2)Damage mechanism of key components and joints of high-rise buildings in fire; (3)Evaluation method on the capability of overall fire resistance of high-rise buildings. This program is well performed according to the schedule and many innovative outcomes have been achieved as follows. (1)Damage mechanism and protection technique of glass wall subjected to fire; (2)Fire-resistant design principles of high-strength concrete components; (3)Fire-resistant design principles of the components and joints in steel-concrete composite structures; (4)Progressive collapse mechanism of high-rise buildings subjected to fire; (5)Evaluation method on the capability of overall fire resistance of high-rise buildings. This program has a lot of outcomes, including: published 7 SCI papers, 10 EI papers; obtained 7 national patents; gave 4 plenary lectures on international conference; wrote 1 design code and 2 academic books; obtained 3 software copyrights. In this program, three researchers have been awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, the National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, and the New Century Excellent Talents in University, respectively. In respect of finance, this program is executed as the budget. In addition, a series of works in organization and management have been implemented as follows: (1)Build a system of organization and management of this program. A management group has been established to daily management, evaluation and coordination of this program. (2)Employ a high-quality research team to improve the outcome level of this program, and enroll excellent people to participate this program, in order to promote the level of scientific outcomes.
