本研究应用碳素墨水灌注,按立体学方法测量并分析5例儿童(3~11岁)小脑皮质及髓质的毛细血管密度。结果如下,皮质深层(包括蒲氏层及颗粒层)毛细血管密度最高,为1137.25±204.95mm/mm~3,皮质浅层(分子层)次之,为647.68±153.18mm/mm~3,髓质最低,为493.81±126.78mm/mm~3,经统计学分析表明三者具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。而对于同一层次,小脑各区之间差异不显著。本文讨论了毛细血管密度与小脑细胞构筑的关系。
In this study, carbon ink perfusion was used to measure and analyze capillary density of cerebellar cortex and medulla in 5 children (3 ~ 11 years old) according to stereological method. The results are as follows, the cortical deep layer (including the layer of Beaufortina and granular) capillary density highest, 1137.25 ± 204.95mm / mm ~ 3, cortex shallow (molecular layer), followed by 647.68 ± 153.18mm / Mm ~ 3, medulla was the lowest, 493.81 ± 126.78mm / mm ~ 3, the statistical analysis showed that the three had significant differences (P <0.01). For the same level, there is no significant difference between the cerebellum regions. This article discusses the relationship between capillary density and cerebellar cell architecture.
