证券经纪业务历来是证券公司的主要业务和收入的重要来源。我国证券公司的经纪业务自1995年至2000年这六年中佣金的收入分别占证券公司总收入的比例为21.93％、41.2％、38.4％、36％、32.9％、42.9％,2001年更是高达51.6％。根据有关研究显示,从各项业务对证券公司收入总量的贡献率来看,在未来几年内,证券经纪业务仍将在证券公司的各项业务中占据主导地位,佣金收入仍将是证券收入的主要来源之一。但是,近两年来,随着我国证券市场的发展变化,证券公司的经纪业务竞争日趋激烈,面临新的挑战。
