2003年秋季在新疆赛里木湖对贝加尔凹目白鲑进行了人工繁殖试验。期间共采集贝加尔凹目白鲑亲鱼4343kg。用于采卵的雌性个体282尾,雄性个体1258尾。共采集受精卵789.7万粒;4.5~8.2℃水温条件下受精卵25d开始出现眼点,受精卵的发眼率为26.5%,发眼卵的出苗率为28.5%。在2.3~8.2℃孵化水温条件下,100d后出苗,孵化积温为499.8℃·日,共繁殖鱼苗59.7万尾。还对贝加尔凹目白鲑人工繁殖中的有关技术问题进行了小结。
In the autumn of 2003, the artificial breeding experiment was carried out on the Baikal salmon in the Lake Limim in Xinjiang.
