毒砂是一种分布较广的含砷矿物,常与铜、铅、锌硫化矿物共生,在别选铜、铅、锌矿物时,常被选进精矿。精矿含砷量过高,不但降低精矿质量,而且将在冶炼过程中造成环境污染。因此对精矿含砷量要求越来越严,本文从采用选择性捕收剂的角度,研究铜砷分离问题。采用丁黄腈酯、甲基硫氨酯和丁黄药对铜砷分离浮选试验表明,甲基硫氨酯是铜砷分离的一种理想捕收剂,它不但选择性好,在PH7—10广泛范围内,能选择性捕收黄铜矿,实现铜砷分离,而且在处理含铜离子的矿石时,有较强的适应性。表现为采用甲基硫氨酯,铜
