常规的CAD/CAM/CAE环境是一种基于串行的处理方法,需要较长的模具设计时间,这一过程既耗时、效率又低,显然不能适应生产迅速发展的需要。Uni-graphics 是 EDS 公司的一个 CAD/CAM/CAE 集成软件,提供了较好的软件平台。本文提出了基于 UG 并行技术的模具设计。使得 CAD/CAM/CAE 系统内部达到以数据共享为基础的高度集成。同时还提出以同步工程原理管理注塑模新产品开发过程,充分体现了工程技术人员的思维方式及其产品设计过程的反复性和协调性。
The conventional CAD / CAM / CAE environment is a serial-based approach that requires a long tooling time, a time-consuming and inefficient process which obviously can not meet the needs of rapid production growth. Uni-graphics is a CAD / CAM / CAE integrated software from EDS, providing a better software platform. This paper presents a mold design based on UG parallel technology. Enables highly integrated data-based CAD / CAM / CAE systems internally. At the same time, it also proposes to manage the new product development process of injection mold by the principle of synchronous engineering, which fully reflects the way of thinking of engineers and technicians and the repetition and coordination of product design process.
