电磁齿轮传动是一种清洁的传动技术,依据电磁场的基本电磁理论,利用ANSYS软件构建电磁齿轮三维模型,通过改变电磁齿轮的结构与性能参数,仿真得出不同参数下从动轮静态电磁转矩变化值,并在MATLAB中拟合出数值曲线,研究分析不同参数对输出转矩的影响,为电磁齿轮设计及应用提供一定的理论参考。
Electromagnetic gear transmission is a kind of clean transmission technology. According to the basic electromagnetic theory of electromagnetic field, the three-dimensional model of electromagnetic gear is constructed by using ANSYS software. By changing the structure and performance parameters of electromagnetic gear, the change of static electromagnetic torque under different parameters Value, and fitting the numerical curve in MATLAB, studying and analyzing the influence of different parameters on the output torque, and providing some theoretical references for the design and application of electromagnetic gear.
