肉毒梭菌是一种产生肉毒外毒素,引起人、畜食物中毒的病原菌。误食含有肉毒毒素的食品后,可引起食物中毒。该菌以芽胞的形式广泛分布于自然界,文献表明,其分布有明显的区域性特点。但我省尚未见有报告。了解广东沿海地区肉毒梭菌在自然界的污染情况,对于预防肉毒梭菌所致的食物中毒有重要意义。今年,我所与中国医科院食品卫生检验所等单位,在完成全国沿海地区肉毒梭菌污染状况调查课题的统一布置与要求下,对我省沿海地区海鱼及海泥进行了调查。
Clostridium botulinum is a pathogenic bacteria that produces botulinum toxins that cause poisoning in humans and livestock. After eating food containing botulinum toxin, it can cause food poisoning. The bacteria in the form of spores are widely distributed in nature, the literature shows that its distribution has obvious regional characteristics. However, no report has been reported in our province. It is important to know the nature of Clostridium botulinum in the coastal areas of Guangdong Province for the prevention of food poisoning caused by Clostridium botulinum. This year, I and the Chinese Medical Science Institute of Food Hygiene and other units, in the completion of the survey of the status of Clostridium botulinum pollution in the coastal areas of the unified layout and requirements of the survey conducted in our province coastal marine fish and sea mud were investigated.
