Since the development of volume filling machine, it has been considered by the industry as a highly accurate filling equipment. With the constant development and progress of new technologies, HEMA of France has recently developed another more efficient and reliable filling equipment - electronically driven positive displacement filling machine. Improved Piston Design The piston stroke of the filling head operates in a co-ordinated up-down movement mode while driving the valve to rotate to achieve a constant volume filling effect. DPH-type valve device consists of two movable valves, suction valve and discharge valve, which are pneumatically, that is, under the pressure of air to achieve up and down movement. Unlike conventional mechanical capacity filling machines, the top of each piston is serviced independently
