非感光性莴苣(挂丝红品种)种子于22℃下萌发率在80%左右,而28℃下不萌发。22℃下外源亚精胺显著促进种子萌发,多胺生物合成抑制剂DFMA和DCHA明显抑制种子萌发,而DFMO无效。22℃诱导种子萌发过程中内源腐胺和亚精胺含量显著高于28℃下它们的含量。GA_3处理能诱导28℃下种子的萌发,单独外源亚精胺处理效果不大,而外源亚精胺对GA_3诱导效应有促进作用。DF-MA和DCHA能抑制GA_3诱导28℃下种子的萌发,此抑制效应又能被外源亚精胺部分逆转。GA_3处理也提高了28℃下种子内源腐胺和亚精胺的含量。
Non-photosensitive lettuce (hanging silk varieties) seeds germination rate of about 80% at 22 ℃, and not germination at 28 ℃. Exogenous spermidine significantly promoted seed germination at 22 ° C. Polyamines biosynthesis inhibitors DFMA and DCHA significantly inhibited seed germination while DFMO was ineffective. The contents of endogenous putrescine and spermidine in 22 ℃ induced seed germination were significantly higher than those at 28 ℃. GA_3 treatment could induce the seed germination at 28 ℃, exogenous spermidine alone was not effective, while exogenous spermidine could promote GA_3 induction. DF-MA and DCHA could inhibit the seed germination induced by GA_3 at 28 ℃, and the inhibitory effect could be partially reversed by exogenous spermidine. GA_3 treatment also increased the content of endogenous putrescine and spermidine in seed at 28 ℃.
