一、引言自1968年轴悬式牵引电动机电力机车在青森区段投入运用以来,其牵引电动机闪络故障已变成第二位的大问题。实际上,不仅在本区如此,而且它也是一个全国性的问题。由于这个问题的普遍性和严重性,从而迫使人们不得不采取措施,尽快查明发生故障原因,寻求解决办法。为此,专门成立了牵引电动机管理机构,负责对现有牵引电动机进行各种研究和考察,努力查明产生故障的原因和寻求防止故障
I. INTRODUCTION Since the shaft-suspended traction motor electric locomotive was put into operation in the Aomori section in 1968, its traction motor flashover fault has become the second major issue.
