[目的]建立一种简便、快速测定奶粉中牛磺酸的高效液相色谱测定方法。[方法]用纯甲醇沉淀奶粉样品中的蛋白后,以9-氯甲酸芴甲酯(FMOC)为柱前衍生剂,与奶粉中的牛磺酸发生衍生化反应后,反相高效液相色谱法测定含量。以甲醇-0.025mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液为流动相(pH=8.0),C18柱为分离柱,二极管阵列检测器(265nm)检测。[结果]本法相对标准偏差为3.38%,加标回收率范围为82.8%~96.7%,检出限为46ng。[结论]本方法具有快速、简单、准确度高的特点,适合于奶粉中牛磺酸的测定。
[Objective] To establish a simple and rapid method for the determination of taurine in milk powder by high performance liquid chromatography.
