产品简介大米是稻谷经清理、砻谷、碾米、成品整理等工序后制成的成品。它是中国人的主食之一,大米中的蛋白质主要是米精蛋白,氨基酸的组成比较完全,人体容易消化吸收,但赖氨酸含量较少。糙米中的矿物质、膳食纤维、B族维生素(特别是维生素B1)含量都较精米中的高。我国和国际市场通常根据粒形和粒质分为籼米、粳米等。
