针对小型禽蛋孵化加工厂出现的温湿度控制不精确、孵化设备成本高等问题,系统采用加热器以及半导体制冷器作为恒温恒湿的加热与制冷执行元件。DS18B20温度传感器反馈温度信号,HR202L湿敏电阻反馈湿度信号,并且以STM32F103ZET6单片机作为核心控制单元,通过温湿度传感器实时监测封闭环境内的温湿度,同时将数据反馈在TFT彩屏上形成曲线图。采用超声波雾化器和外接带有轴流抽风机、干燥剂(活性炭)的盒体以及导管装置进行加湿和干燥。
In view of the problems of inaccurate temperature and humidity control and higher cost of hatching equipment in small egg hatcheries, the system uses heaters and semiconductor coolers as the heating and cooling actuators for constant temperature and humidity. DS18B20 temperature sensor feedback temperature signal, HR202L humidity sensor feedback humidity signal, and to STM32F103ZET6 microcontroller as the core control unit, through the temperature and humidity sensor real-time monitoring of the closed environment temperature and humidity, while the data feedback on the TFT color screen to form a graph. Humidification and drying were performed using an ultrasonic nebulizer and an external cartridge with an axial fan, desiccant (activated carbon) and a catheter device.
