子程序是数控车加工中经常用到的编程方法之一,对于重复性结构的加工具有简单高效、容易修改等优点,对于简化编程具有不可替代的作用。但是,长期以来,学生对于子程序有一种高深莫测的感觉,很难学会,教师在子程序教学中也很难让学生简单明白的理解编程技巧。本文论述了图解法在子程序编程中的重要作用及使用方法,结合3个典型实例描述运用图解法确定子程序中重复性加工动作的技巧,可以让学生清晰地掌握子程序的编程方法,让子程序编程变得简单易学。
Subroutine is one of the programming methods often used in CNC machining. It is simple, efficient and easy to modify for the repetitive structure machining. It has an irreplaceable effect for simplifying programming. However, for a long time, students have an unpredictable feeling about subprograms. It is hard to learn. Teachers also find it hard for students to understand programming skills in subprogram teaching. This article discusses the important role of graphic method in subprogram programming and how to use it. Combining with three typical examples, it describes how to use graphic method to determine the repetitive processing actions in subprogram. It can help students to master the subprogram programming method clearly and let Subroutine programming becomes easy to learn.
