目的探讨咽喉部血管瘤的治疗方法及远期疗效。方法 60例咽喉部血管瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,观察组给予平阳霉素血管瘤体分次注射+手术切除治疗,对照组仅行平阳霉素血管瘤体分次注射,随访1a,比较2组疗效。结果观察组治疗有效率(86.67%)高于对照组(63.33%)(P<0.05),复发率(3.33%)低于对照组(20.00%)(P<0.05)。结论平阳霉素血管瘤体分次注射+手术切除是治疗咽喉部血管瘤的有效方法。
Objective To explore the treatment of throat hemangioma and long-term efficacy. Methods Sixty patients with throat hemangioma were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with subcutaneous injection of Pingyangmycin plus surgical resection. The control group was given only Pingyangmycin hemangioma by subcutaneous injections , Follow-up 1a, compared two groups of curative effect. Results The effective rate of treatment group (86.67%) was higher than that of control group (63.33%) (P <0.05), and the recurrence rate was 3.33% lower than that of control group (20.00%) (P <0.05). Conclusion Pingyangmycin hemangioma graded injection + surgical resection is an effective method for the treatment of throat hemangiomas.
