目的:建立HPLC同时测定红禾麻中4种儿茶素类成分含量的方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长210 nm,柱温35℃。结果:(-)-没食子儿茶素、(±)-表没食子儿茶素、(+)-儿茶素、(-)-表儿茶素线性范围分别为0.050 50~1.010μg(r=0.999 9),0.050 05~1.001μg(r=0.999 9),0.025 75~0.515 0μg(r=0.999 9),0.016 65~0.333 0μg(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率分别为97.39%,98.45%,99.17%,97.87%。结论:该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于红禾麻药材的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of four catechins in red hemp. METHODS: Diamonsil C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 35 ℃. Results: The linear range of (-) - epigallocatechin, (±) - epigallocatechin, (+) - catechin and (-) - epicatechin were 0.050 50 ~ 1.010 μg (R = 0.999 9), 0.025 05-0 1.001 μg (r = 0.999 9), 0.025 75-0.515 0 μg (r = 0.999 9) and 0.016 65-0.333 0 μg (r = 0.999 9) .The average recoveries were 97.39% and 98.45 %, 99.17%, 97.87%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of red hemp medicine.
