患者男17岁2年前偶然发现左眼有一肿物,有异物感,不红、不痛,未曾治疗。近日来因异物感加重而就诊。否认外伤、其它眼病和结核史。检查:视力:右1.2,左1.2。眼脸、泪器无异常所见。右眼角膜缘外上方7～8mm处有一黄豆粒大小灰黄色肿物,其周围不充血。肿物和球结膜,穹窿结膜不粘连,与下方巩膜粘连,不能移动。肿物较硬,无压痛。穿刺时,不能刺入肿物之内。治疗:局麻下剪开球结膜,分离结膜下组织后,露出包膜完整,质硬的肿物,大小约5×10mm。肿物与巩膜稍粘连,剥离肿
